Peaches and Cream Oats
A warm breakfast or snack packed with some protein, good carbs, fats and fiber to keep you fuller longer!
1/2C (50g) Kodiak Protein Rolled Oats
1/2C Milk of choice (I use Fairlife fat free for protein boost)
*almond milk also works well.
1C Peaches (or fruit of choice)
15g granola/nuts
Microwave oats+milk for 1.5-2min. Add fruit + granola, ENJOY!
